PVC resin is a raw material, by which a large number of plasticizers are added, and then the ingredients are kneaded, extruded, pelletized, molded, drawn, coiled, packaged, and thus finished products. There are three steps in detail:

1. Weigh all kinds of raw materials accurately and put them into kneading machine in a certain order. The feeding sequence is: PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant. When the temperature reaches 100 ~ 110 ℃, the material can be discharged.

2. Control the temperature well, the high point of material temperature should be higher than the melting temperature of the material, lower than the extrusion molding temperature, that is, between 155 ~ 160 ℃. Granulation should achieve the purpose of full mixing and preliminary plasticization.

3. Generally speaking, the transparency of the tube is related to the molding temperature. In a certain temperature range, high temperature and transparency is good, and vice versa. At the same time, the traction speed and cooling speed will affect the transparency of the tube. The traction speed is slightly larger, the cooling speed is fast, and the transparency of the pipe is better. The drawing speed is generally 10-15% faster than the extrusion speed; the cooling of transparent hose is to spray cold water at the die of die head, and then enter the water tank for cooling.
